Our fresh-baked artisan sourdough is hand crafted over 3 days; a long fermentation process which for us is a labor of love! An ancient and time honored tradition of baking bread. We use organic flours, often milled by hand at our on site micro cottage bakery, from Spring and Winter Wheat Berries, milled to a fine flour. We hydrate the dough with fresh filtered water and ferment the dough with our sourdough starter. No preservatives, no additives, just real ingredients, handcrafted, made with care and time. Shelf life is about 3 days, however, you can slice your bread and put it in the freezer and take it out when ready to eat more. It can be warmed up in a toaster oven, regular oven, or warmed in the microwave.
